Update on Special Session of 74th General Assembly

DENVER - Today, Governor Polis provided non-substantive non-substantive technical and clarifying amendments to the scope of the Special Session of the 74th General Assembly, scheduled to commence at 9 a.m. on November 17, 2023.  

The amendments to the Governor’s Executive Order are to further clarify Section III.D concerning TABOR refund mechanisms only for the 2022-2023 fiscal year and to Section III.E concerning rental assistance only during the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
