Governor Polis & Lt. Governor Primavera Honor Veterans

DENVER - Governor Jared Polis and Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera released a statement in honor of Veterans Day.

“To every member of our military, past or present, thank you on behalf of all Coloradans for your selfless service,” said Governor Polis. “We are grateful for your courage, dedication and heroism. Colorado’s military members have always risen to the most daunting challenges facing our country, including during the COVID-19 pandemic here at home and across the U.S.”

“This Veterans Day, we send a special thank you to our military members, veterans, and their families. This year, many of our neighbors have experienced the pain of being apart from their loved ones. Our military families endure this separation throughout their service to protect our most cherished values and institutions. Our state and nation are eternally grateful for your commitment and sacrifice,” said Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera.
