Governor Polis Appoints Dina M. Christiansen to the 13th Judicial District Court

DENVER - Today, Governor Polis appointed Dina M. Christiansen to the 13th Judicial District Court. This appointment fills a vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Charles M. Hobbs and is effective October 2, 2024.

Ms. Christiansen is a District Court Magistrate in the 8th Judicial District, a position she has held since 2019. Previously, she was a Sole Practitioner at The Christiansen Law Firm, LLC (2017-2019); Partner at Wabeke, Brummet, Johnson & Christiansen (2006-2017); and Attorney at Kingsford Law Offices, LLC (2004-2006). She earned her B.S. from the University of Utah in 1989 and her J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law in 2004.
