DENVER- Today, Governor Polis signed legislation into law in a ceremony, including:

  • HB23-1099 Portable Screening Report For Residential Leases - Representatives Stephanie Vigil and Mike Weissman, Senators Rhonda Fields and Tony Exum
  • SB23-069 Requirements To Operate A Motorboat - Representatives Barbara McLachlan and Matt Soper, Senators Nick Hinrichsen and Perry Will 
  • SB23-211 Federal Indian Child Welfare Act Of 1978 - Representatives Barbara McLachlan and Elizabeth Velasco, Senators Jessie Danielson and Dominick Moreno
  • SB23-202 Wearing Of Native American Traditional Regalia - Representatives Barbara McLachlan and Elizabeth Velasco, Senators Jessie Danielson and Sonya Jaquez Lewis
