DENVER - Governor Jared Polis took action today to address the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of State employees in the event of an inclement weather or safety event.
The Governor extended an Executive Order D 2020 231 concerning changes to 2020 election activity to limit in-person contact while allowing the election to proceed safely and without interruption to the Secretary of State’s operations. The Governor also released an Executive Order D 2020 232 updating weather and safety condition directives and protocols for State employees that will both provide for continuity of government and services and ensure the safety of State employees.
