Governor Polis Takes Action in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

DENVER -  Governor Polis took action in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Governor Polis extended an Executive Order D 2021 011 increasing the Medicaid home health workforce and eliminating cost-sharing for COVID-19 testing and treatment for Medicaid enrollees. The Governor also extended an Executive Order D 2021 012 related to criminal justice. 

Gov. Polis amended an Executive Order D 2021 013 regarding the order of operations for surging hospital capacity for the State as it relates to elective surgery. The amendment changes reporting requirements for hospitals.
