DENVER – Governor Jared Polis and the Office of Economic Development and International Trade today announced that Wix.com, Ltd, a global leader in website creation, has selected Denver for the planned fall opening of its newest office location. This new Denver office is the latest domestic addition to support explosive company growth. Position at the Denver will include more than 200 full-time Customer Care team members initially and will add corresponding functions including sales and account management with its continued growth.
DENVER - Governor Jared Polis was joined by Dr. Jonathan Samet, Dean of the Colorado School of Public Health to provide an update on the state’s response to COVID-19 and unveiled an interactive Colorado COVID model from the Colorado School of Public Health. This is a new tool that can help individuals, businesses, local public health agencies and local governments, visualize their own role in stopping the spread of COVID and preventing a public health emergency.
DENVER - The Colorado National Guard has awarded state employee Amanda Hettinger the State Meritorious Service Medal. This is the highest civilian award bestowed by the National Guard. Hettinger was recognized for her leadership and service alongside the National Guard teams conducting COVID-19 testing operations throughout the state over the last several months.
