Colorado driver license offices experiencing network issues

September 17, 2019 – LAKEWOOD, Colo. –Colorado driver license offices are experiencing network issues and, as a result, are unable to issue driver licenses, instruction permits and identification cards at this time. The Department of Revenue is working with vendors to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, the Department encourages Coloradans needing license services to utilize the online services which continue to be available at mydmv.colorado.gov. Online, Coloradans can complete a driver license renewal, request a driving record, pay a citation or complete one of 35 additional services. Residents are encouraged to skip the trip by using online services.

Please visit Colorado.gov/dmv and Colorado Department of Revenue’s social media pages (Facebook: @ColoradoRevenue, Twitter: @CO_Revenue) for updates, which will be posted as soon as they become available.

The Department thanks Coloradans for their patience and apologizes for the inconvenience.
