The Office of Research and Analysis (ORA) at Colorado Department of Revenue prepares, every odd-numbered year, a tax profile and expenditure report for the state as required by §39-21-303, C.R.S. This report is to include information identifying and describing tax expenditures administered by the Department, estimates of the identified tax expenditures, the Colorado Tax Profile Study (CTPS), and the Colorado Statistics of Income (SOI) reports.

2018 Expenditure Report Addendum: Tax Forms
Please note, in the original publication of the 2018 Tax Profile and Expenditure Report there was a calculation error in the Sales Tax Return and Retailer's Use Return for vendor fees (noted on page 130 and the associated sales tax expenditure summary tables). As of January 9, 2019, the numbers have been corrected and revised.
