It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment is made by the due date. Delays caused by unavailability of any online service DOES NOT warrant the reversal of late fees as payments may also be made by other means such as postal mail, walk-in during normal business hours or night drop. Online payments will be processed within 24 hours of payment during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays. If you are paying a delinquent bill near the service discontinuance date, you may wish to contact Town Hall at 719-537-6622. This will help to avoid service discontinuance. A portal administration fee will be added to your electronic payment. The total charge will be detailed prior to submitting payment.
