Polis Administration Announces $1.3 Million More for Successful E-Bike Rebate Program

STATEWIDE - Today, Governor Polis’s Colorado Energy Office (CEO) announced an additional round of rebates for the successful electric bicycle (e-bike) rebate program. Applications for the program will open Monday, September 16 at 10:00 AM MT and close Monday, September 23 at 4:00 PM MT. In addition to e-bike rebates, the state E-Bike Tax Credit discount will be available for all Coloradans purchasing a qualified e-bike at an authorized retailer through 2032.

Colorado Receives Record $361 Million from Biden-Harris Administration for Delivering Health Care Savings

DENVER - Yesterday, the federal government, through the Department of Health & Human Services and the U.S. Department of Treasury, announced that the Colorado Division of Insurance (DOI) will receive a record $361 million in pass-through funding for its health insurance programs, surpassing the $245 million received in 2023.

Polis Administration Announces $9 Million in Funding For Successful EV Rebates

DENVER - The Polis administration’s Colorado Energy Office (CEO) and Community Access Enterprise (CAE) announced an additional $9 million in funding for the Vehicle Exchange Colorado (VXC) EV rebate initiative, bringing the rebates to a total of approximately $14.7 million over its first two years. The initiative, which celebrated its one-year anniversary on August 31, has issued 1,301 rebates during its first fiscal year — more than six-times the number of rebates CEO expected to provide.

DENVER - Today, Governor Polis appointed Angela D. Boykins and Heidi L. Kutcher to the 2nd Judicial District Court. Ms. Boykins' appointment fills the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Jennifer B. Torrington and Ms. Kutcher’s appointment fills the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable David H. Goldberg. These appointments are both effective January 14, 2025.
